Working together
Everything I offer is private, unhurried, and built around your actual process - not a template.
I don’t do urgency. I don’t do quick fixes. I work with women who are ready to go to the root of something, and who understand that real change happens at the pace the nervous system can integrate.
If you’re not sure which offering fits, start with Inhale. It’s designed to be complete on its own, and it’s also the clearest way to experience this work before committing to something longer.
Inhale
A single 2-hour somatic integration intensive
There's a reason you're reading this right now.
Maybe something specific happened — a diagnosis, a relationship ending, a role you've outgrown, a moment of sudden and clarifying exhaustion. Maybe nothing happened, exactly. Maybe you've just reached the point where you can no longer maintain the distance between how things look and how they actually feel.
Inhale is for that moment.
This is not a taster or an intake call. It's a complete, bounded experience — two hours of focused, body-first work with a clear arc. You arrive where you are. You leave having moved through something.
We'll look at what's actually true right now — in the body, not just the mind. What you've been carrying that was never yours to hold. What's ready to change, and what needs to be released to make room. And where you go from here.
Something has cracked open — and you need more than a conversation. You need somewhere to put it down and catch your breath.
Investment: $525 Paid in full before we meet.
Includes: One 120-minute private session.
Scheduling by application.
The Pause
A 3-month private container
Between what happens and how you respond — there is a space.
Most of us have spent a lifetime missing it. Moving too fast, carrying too much, defaulting to the pattern before we've even registered the choice. The nervous system is efficient that way. It runs the old program so you don't have to think.
But you've started to notice. Something in you is tired of the autopilot. Tired of arriving somewhere — a conversation, a decision, a reaction — and wondering how you got there again.
The Pause is three months of weekly, private somatic work built around exactly that space — the one between stimulus and response where your actual freedom lives.
We meet weekly, 60 minutes, unhurried and body-first. Not to fix the pattern. To find the moment before it runs — and to practice, again and again, the radical act of choosing.
This is not insight work. You likely already have the insight. This is the work of getting the knowing out of your head and into your nervous system, where it can actually change something.
Softening. Metabolizing. Becoming.
Investment: $3,300
By application only.
Exhale
A 6-month private container
Some things can't be addressed in a session. Some things require time — enough time to move through a full cycle, to meet yourself in different seasons, to let integration actually happen rather than just insight.
Exhale is six months of private, unhurried work. We begin with weekly 60-minute sessions and find our rhythm from there — typically moving toward 90-minute sessions biweekly as the work deepens and integration takes hold.
There is no curriculum. There is a clear arc: arriving, softening, integrating, landing. And there is consistent, attuned support throughout.
This is the container for women who are done with temporary openings. Who want lasting change at the level where they actually live — in the body, in the nervous system, in the daily texture of their choices, their relationships, and their sense of self.
This is where you finally get to put it down — and let it be easy.
Not a program. A partnership.
Investment: $5,800
By application only.
Not sure where to start?
If you’ve read this far and something is quietly saying yes - that’s enough to reach out. You don’t need to have it figured out first.
Loralee has a vibrant energy that’s infectious. She helped me recognize my “superpowers” so I could see where I already use them, and then helped me come up with easy ways I could use them to make my job more fun!
