Here are five of my go-to ways to shake off the blahs, get my body moving, and bring PLAY back into my day within 1 minute:
Power Pose: Captain Marvel, Superman, Wonder Woman, Oprah. All the superheroes have one, so pick your fav and own it!
Champion Posture: Triumphantly reach your arms up high and wide over your head and nod your head "YES!" as you walk around a for few steps. Think Rocky Balboa 🙌🏽
Dance Party: Get your Breakfast Club and Footloose on: do the Roger Rabbit, robot, twerk, twirl, march, shimmy, Zumba, two-step; it all works! *Music everyone else can hear with you is totally optional. 💃🏻🕺🏼
Smile With Your Whole Face: Get your grin on ear to ear! Show off your pearly whites, and let your eyes sparkle! 🤩
Make a List of the MOST Random Things You’re Grateful for in This Minute:
• Rainbow colors in the soap at the car wash.
• The auto-off feature on gas pumps.
• Still having ink in my favorite pen.
• The way my glasses rest all comfy on my nose.
• Select-a-Size paper towels.
Put this list where you’ll see it so when it's time to go you won't even have to think about it.
You get to just pick something off the menu, start your timer, and enjoy your very own 60 second PAR-TAY. 🎉
